Safety - what you have to know

Our top priority is your health, safety and well-being. We are closely monitoring developments around the world, following the recommendations of the World Health Organization (WHO) and the guidelines of the South Tyrolean and Italian governments, to ensure that the measures we take are comprehensive and appropriate.

We provide you with an overview of our adaptation of measures to combat the transmission of Covid-19

Increased hygiene measures in all areas

Our staff use professional antibacterial and antiviral cleaning agents for the daily cleaning of the guest rooms and suites. Before your arrival all rooms and suites are additionally disinfected with ozone devices.
Common areas such as dining rooms, wellness area with pools and saunas, bar, reception, etc. are cleaned and disinfected daily. The areas are ventilated regularly and extensively.
For the guests there are disinfectant dispensers for hand hygiene in the whole structure.
If necessary, mouth-nose protection masks are available for a fee.

Dining room and kitchen

During the processing of the food and the preparation of the meals the strict hygienic guidelines according to HACCP (ingl. Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) are followed. The waiters use a mouth-nose protector or face visor and the kitchen staff in addition use gloves.
The dining room is organised in such a way that guests are able to keep a safety distance of one metre between themselves, as recommended by the WHO (World Health Organization) and defined by the South Tyrolean government. This applies with the exception of room members living together.
If possible, in the kitchen local products are used.
The meals and especially the buffets have been adapted according to the hygienic safety regulations.
Professional antibacterial and antiviral cleaning agents are used for cleaning.

The hotel complex

The hotel is situated in a quiet area with a view of the mountains. Various gardens or parks are located in front of the hotel. Walks and hikes start directly from the hotel.
The common areas allow guests to keep the safety distances recommended by the WHO (World Health Organization) and prescribed by the South Tyrolean government.

Wellness in the Dominik

GREEN PASS: use of the wellnessarea allowed only with Green Pass
At the entrance and in the relax areas, disinfectants and cleaning cloths as well as disinfectant for the hands are available to guests.
The beauty department for cosmetic treatments or massages, the fitness room and all the outdoor whirlpool are open regularly.
The use of the indoor pool, the indoor whirlpool arena and sauna area is possible following simple security measures.
The water in the swimming pools is cleaned with chlorine and filters.

Employees in the hotel

The employees in the cleaning area are specially trained for the increased hygiene measures.
Mouth and nose protection, gloves, safety distance and frequent hand washing are a matter of course for the employees!
During the wellness treatments in the beauty department, the SPA staff use a face and nose mask without valve or equivalent.
All employees have all been trained in the increased safety measures and follow the internal protocols.
